10 Year Stove warranty
Grange Reproductions will extend the warranty on all wood burning or multi-fuel stoves to a period of 10 years from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions below and taking ito account any exclusions.
This warranty will cover any manufacturing defects of the casting/steel body of the stove, handle, door and hinges, legs and flue spigot.
This guarantee does not include:
- Consumable items (components in the interior of the stove) such as glass, door seals, firebricks, grate, baffle, ash pan and painted finishes.
- Any damage resulting from improper installation or incorrect use (see point 3 & 4 below).
- Damage from over firing. Over firing a stove can result in damage to the casting/steel body of the stove and will accelerate the wear of the internal components.
- Damage resulting from using unsuitable fuel (please refer to user instructions).
- With use, enamel may adopt a 'crazed' finish, this is normal and acceptable.
Terms and Conditions of Warranty
- The stove must be installed by a suitabley qualified engineer. You must retain proof of fitting. ie. HETAS certificate or building control compliance certificate.
- You must retain a copy of this warranty together with original invoice and produce these documents when making a claim.
- This warranty is valid only with Grange Reproductions and is neither endorsed by or honoured by manufacterer of the stove.
- In the event of a valid claim, Grange Reproductions will either carry out a free of charge repair or replace the faulty part. In the event of a stove being replaced, this will be on a like for like basis or a replacement of a similar stove to the same value if the original model has been discontinued. However, all fitting costs will be borne by the owner of the stove.
- This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
