Our Terms and Conditions of sale

1. Wood, stone and marble are natural products, therefore colour and pattern will vary. Some woods may be affected by daylight over a period of time.
2. All installations to be carried out in accordance with current regulations i.e. fitters should be Hetas registered for solid fuel, Gas Safe Registered for gas and Oftec registered for oil.
3. We require a 25% deposit at the time of placing an order.
4. We will only refund a deposit for a genuine reason. If you do cancel your order and do not have a genuine reason for doing so, and goods have already been received by us, then you will be liable to pay the relevant re-stocking fees.
5. Balance is payable upon delivery by ourselves or collection by yourselves.
6. If you wish to collect your goods and pay by cheque, the cheque will need to be cleared prior to collection from our premises.
7. If you are not in a position to collect or take delivery of your purchase when it arrives here, then we can store this for you until you are ready, however we do ask for payment in full.

Note:
We also require payment in full if there is a delay in installing your appliance.
