Each of our customers receives a Satisfaction Survey after their products have been delivered or installed. This enables us to monitor our standards of customer satisfaction and more importantly, the oppertunity to resolve any issues that have come to light via the survey.

The results obtained from the surveys also mean we can continue to develop our team with the objective of continual improvement.
